Yoga and Meditation Practice

I have practiced yoga and meditation since my college days. It’s a practice that I consider integral to a healthy and well-balanced life. It’s been my joy to practice here in Princeton for the past 20 years with my current teachers Michele Granberg, MA, CHT, CPLT, and Leslie Hadley, top yoga instructor.
